Hubei Xinxin Non-woven Fabrics Co., Ltd. was established on October 10, 2014, and settled in Taizi Lake Industrial Park in the same year, covering an area of 300 mu. The first and second phases of the company have been completed and put into operation. The standardized workshop, plant, warehouse, office building, staff dormitory and supporting facilities have been built, covering an area of 180,000 square meters, with an investment of 680 million yuan.

Hubei Xinfa Xinxin Group Company is the first enterprise that can independently develop and produce non-woven fabrics and products in Hubei province. At present, the company has set non-woven raw material production, process research and development, product production, self-export as one, with 36 independent product research and development patent projects. The main products are more than 60 non-woven products, such as multi-functional high-grade SMMS non-woven cloth, melt-spun non-woven cloth, high-grade anti-bacterial non-woven operating clothes, anti-static experimental suits, protective suits, shoe covers, round hats, beard covers, etc. The company's products have been exported to Europe, the United States, Asia and other more than 10 countries and regions, currently has 8 of the world's top 500 customer bases. 

In 2020, due to the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, Hubei Xinxin Non-woven Fabric Co., Ltd. responded to the call of the Municipal Committee and joined in “the battle against the time”. Under the leadership of Fu Lixin, party secretary and chairman of the board of directors of the company, the company has made great contributions to the prevention and control of the epidemic. Before this, Xiantao Xinxin company has been doing foreign trade. In the face of epidemic prevention requirements, the company resolutely put "Spring Festival ready" storage of quarantine clothes into the domestic market. In the emergency of the shortage of medical protective clothing in China, Xinxin Company immediately turned to the production of medical protective clothing, boot cover, melt spraying cloth and other scarce epidemic prevention materials. On March 10, Hubei Xinxin Non-woven Fabrics Co., Ltd. organized employees to have a physical examination, and arranged to return to work after passing the physical examination. The company formulated a strict management system in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control for resuming work and production, and strictly implemented all epidemic prevention requirements to ensure the health and safety of employees and the normal and stable development of the enterprise. On March 20, the accumulative total number of employees returned to work of the company reached 60%. By April 10, there were 8,000 employees in the company, and the company had fully resumed work. From January to May 2020, Hubei Xinxin Non-woven FabricS Co., Ltd. has a total sales volume of 720 million yuan, a total export volume of 63 million dollars, and has paid 51 million yuan in taxes.
